  1. Knowing all this about night vs light, learning and such. I again ask the question, why do we have Early morning seminary at 5:30 AM. The youth are doing little learning and mostly sleeping. The decision makers are just checking their boxes. It is insane to have a whole family up at 5:00 AM in the middle of winter.

  2. I could not agree More! Teenagers need more morning sleep. I think it might even mess with their development, and brain chemistry, etc. Don’t get me started!
