Today on the Mormon Wellness Project mental health professional Wendy Perry dives into the idea perfectionism again.  But this time she also unfolds the ideas of Shame, Guilt, and Worthiness.  How can we better understand these concepts and understand ourselves in being a more healthy and a more responsive people.
